Filmmaker Taryn Brumfitt asked 100 people what they thought of their body. She set out to prove how useless it was to judge oneself. The amazing part of this film was how she edited it, young to old. The youngest seemed fine with their body but a bit unsure, followed by a group in their 20-30s-40s. This group seemed the least confident and most judgmental. Then came the older group that was filled with enthusiasm and bursting of confidence. People that realized that all the years worrying about bodies were one big waste of time and enjoying what they have.
