Abusive relationships are keeping up with modern times and technology. Are you aware that it is possible to digitally abuse your partner? Things such as controlling your partner’s social media accounts, sexually harassing them online, and demanding all of their passwords are considered sexual abuse. Other things such as coercing an individual into sexting or using a sext in a manner that the other person doesn’t agree to is also considered digital abuse. Approximately 1/8 th of the population involved in romantic relationships have been victim of digital abuse from their partners, and just like typical abuse females can also be the abusers.
